Despite the loss of our physical campus, Hunter College Dance deftly leapt onto the next stage under the leadership of Chair Carol Walker, Assoc. Prof Maura Nguyen Donohue, Production Manager Burke Brown, AGDEP Director Kathleen Isaac and with the phenomenal administrative support of Will Watkins, Colin Powers, Christina Cetoute & Kathryn McKenzie.

Showcasing both mental and physical agility, the department has charged forward with its well-known resourcefulness by mobilizing available technologies to support choreographic traditions of for-the-camera and site-specific works in remote locations.

Caught in the maelstrom of a global pandemic, we still strive for excellence, joy and the deep communal offering that is dance at Hunter College.
